Fort Worth Clergy and Police Alliance The Clergy and Police Alliance program (C.A.P.A.) is a coalition of Clergy from every faith and denomination who work in partnership with the Fort Worth Police Department. CAPA members and their organizations are often called upon to pray for our police department, to be intentional in the building of relationships with our police officers and other governmental officials, and to be available for crisis situations. This program is a unique ministerial opportunity.

Uniting Police and Clergy Founded by Rev. Lance McCune, Uniting Clergy & Police, is a non-profit organization whose main focus is bringing faith-based organizations, law enforcement agencies, Emergency Management and national corporations together for the good of the community.
U-CAP began by organizing a program developed after 9/11 known as CAPA. Due to the success of the program, U-CAP was developed to aid other law enforcement agencies in bringing a program like CAPA to their communities. U-CAP is designed to unite the resources of the local faith community with area law enforcement in times of crisis and disaster, by building working relationships with members of the faith community.
